Key Highlights

  • Experience with state-of-the-art protein/DNA construct design software and protein engineering, and molecular biology
  • Practical experience with heterologous enzyme protein expression, purification, classic protein assessment, and systematic reaction assessment
  • Assessment of structure-function relationships of enzymes
  • Kinetic characterization of enzyme reactions
  • Computational skills in enzyme characterization (bioinformatics experience is an advantage)
