Senior Procurement Lead (CIVIL)

Required Qualifications

• • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• • Minimum 10–12 years of civil procurement experience.
• • Proven procurement experience in luxury hotel projects.
• • Strong procurement experience with in-depth knowledge of the UAE supplier and subcontractor market, particularly in the Eastern Region of the UAE.
• • Immediate availability is an advantage.
• SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
• • Strong tendering, negotiation, and cost-control skills.
• • Sound knowledge of civil materials, finishes, technical specifications, and procurement schedules.
• • Proficiency in ERP/procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
• • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage procurement activities across multiple workstreams.
• • Effective communication and coordination skills across engineering, procurement, and site functions.
• • High attention to detail and strong analytical and organizational skills.
