Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build and scale production-grade AI-powered financial products. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on backend platform development, AI integration

Key Highlights

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services powering AI-driven financial products.
  • Own technical decisions across system architecture, APIs, data models, performance, security, and reliability.
  • Build backend applications using TypeScript and Python, while contributing to frontend functionality with JavaScript when needed.
  • Integrate LLMs and agentic AI capabilities into production software.
  • Design and implement distributed, cloud-native systems with strong observability and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building production-grade applications.
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python.
  • Experience designing scalable backend systems, APIs, and distributed architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
  • Hands-on experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into production applications.
  • Experience with prompt engineering and applying AI to solve real business problems.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, performance optimization, reliability, and security.
  • Experience working in fast-paced product environments with significant technical ownership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
