- Clarify the ComplexUse visual thinking, journey maps, service blueprints, and frameworks to align stakeholders and move work forward.
- Prototype & TestRapidly translate ideas into concepts, prototypes, and designs, iterating based on user feedback and real‑world insights.
- Influence DirectionContribute to product roadmaps, service strategies, and internal tools by bringing a strong design perspective to planning and decision‑making.
Qualifications
