Creative Production Lead (f/m/d)

Key Highlights

• You independently manage and prioritize the team's workload as well as stakeholder requests and requirements, ensuring efficient delivery and consistently high-quality results in a dynamic newsroom-style environment.
• You develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual storytelling approaches, and produce high-quality content for internal and external communication channels, including videos, motion graphics, illustrations, and other digital formats.
• You advise topic teams and channel experts on effective storytelling approaches, formats, and creative solutions, translating strategic messages and complex topics into audience-focused, brand-consistent communications.
• You ensure compliance with corporate design standards, brand guidelines, and communication objectives, working closely with Corporate Communications, Branding, and the in-house agency.
• You manage external creative agencies and production partners, coordinate collaboration across all project phases, and ensure high-quality execution.
