Supply Chain Manager

Required Qualifications

• 1. Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2. Master's Degree is an advantage.
• 3. Minimum 5 years of experience in a Supply Chain or Procurement Manager role (within the Food Products, Food Manufacturing, FMCG, F&B, Hypermarket, or Hospitality industry.)
• 4. Strong understanding of procurement, warehousing, inventory management, and logistics operations.
• 5. Proven experience managing food products and supply chain operations.
• 6. Excellent supplier negotiation and vendor management skills.
• 7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• 8. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• 9. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred Skills
• 1. Experience with demand forecasting and supply planning.
• 2. Knowledge of food safety standards and quality management systems.
• 3. Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving projects.
• 4. Strong commercial awareness and understanding of Restaurants market trends.
