Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or executive search.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other candidate sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working across different cultures and geographical markets.
- A proactive, target-driven and commercially minded approach.
- Previous experience recruiting within the UAE and/or Africa would be advantageous, but is not essential.
