Key Highlights
- Develop and grow sales of Test Equipment, Test Systems, and related service and support contracts
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with OEMs, MROs, airlines, military organizations, and other aerospace customers
- Identify, manage, negotiate, and successfully close sales opportunities
- Conduct regular customer visits and business travel throughout North America
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and customer activity reports
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the aerospace industry
- Experience with test equipment, test systems, airlines, military aviation, or MRO environments is preferred
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, fuel components, CMMs, ATPs, and ATA chapters is an advantage
- Experience with capital equipment sales and aftersales support offerings is desirable.Strong Microsoft Office and CRM skills
- Fluent English required; German and/or Spanish are a plus
- Valid passport and driver's license required
- Strong sales drive and perseverance in long and complex sales cycles
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and networking skills
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across international and cross-functional organizations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage travel independently
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Interest in technical and engineered aerospace products and services
