Job Description

Nordic RCC – supporting security of supply and the green energy transition Nordic Regional Coordination Centre (RCC) provides critical services and insights to support the national Transmission System

Key Highlights

  • Provide end-to-end delivery coordination across three development teams
  • Help translate priorities and roadmaps into realistic delivery plans
  • Facilitate relevant agile sprint activities, such as; planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Support Product Owners and teams in balancing priorities, scope, capacity and delivery timelines
  • Monitor progress, risks, impediments and dependencies, and ensure that these are addressed or escalated appropriately

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Experience as an IT Delivery Manager, Agile Delivery Manager, Scrum Master or in a similar software-delivery leadership role
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Structured, proactive, and calm leadership style
  • Strong background in agile delivery (Scrum / SAFe / hybrid), experience with Azure DevOps is a plus Experience coordinating cross-functional software-development teams in a complex IT environment A good understanding of the software development lifecycle, including development, testing, architecture and operational readiness The ability to turn priorities and dependencies into realistic plans and transparent delivery forecasts The confidence to challenge constructively, create clarity and support decision-making
