Key Highlights
- Acts as a role model for sales effectiveness, call quality, and customer‑centric engagement.
- Own territory: Based on data and insights develop and execute account planning.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets
- Actively supports team capability development on Lilly selling model through peer coaching, training and role plays. Lead through best practices.
- Demonstrates strong disease‑area knowledge and a deep understanding of treatment options, including Lilly and competitor products
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Desire to be leading in a highly competitive environment with personal accountability and growth mindset.
- Minimum 3 years’ pharma experience and proven track record in converting business opportunities into growth in the GP sector.
- Excellent key capabilities such as in call selling skills and key account management
- Skilled communicator, presenter, ability to build relations as well as effective in stakeholder management.
- Ability and willingness to work in an environment with individual sales & productivity metrics and reviews
- Candidates must be comfortable adapting to new technologies and platforms, such as various forms of AI, Microsoft package including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Co-Pilot and Veeva Salesforce.
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree required.
