Job Description
Job Title: Performance MarketerRole Summary: We are looking for a data-driven creative problem solver who understands Bharat audiences deeply—small towns, Tier 2/3/4 behavior, local culture, emotions
Key Highlights
- Own Performance Marketing strategy end-to-end.
- Build high-converting ad creatives/hooks/scripts aligned with Bharat users.
- Run A/B tests, iterate fast, break down metrics (CPI, CTR, CAC, ROAS).
- Work with designers/editors to ensure creatives are relatable, scroll-stopping.
- Analyze funnel drops → suggest UX + communication improvements.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Worked with Bharat-focused brand before.
- Have/had YT/IG channel with good reach
- Understanding of short-form video platforms+content (IG, YouTube Shorts).
- Ability to generate viral hook ideas + creative angles.
- Exposure to subscription-based product funnels.
