• Key responsibilities which include: Managing end-to-end projects independently, including scoping, planning, stakeholder management, and implementation, with full ownership of project deliverables Team member responsibility on own assignments, including actively managing their development, performance, engagement, and growth Conducting both quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform strategic recommendations Engaging with senior stakeholders and building trusting work relationships An equal focus on long-term impact as well as driving day-to-day execution to help our Business Units reach their targets
